Milled from Premium Quality Certified Organic Grains
Since 1988 we have been milling whole grain flour without refining out the bran and germ from the original kernel. We don’t use additives or preservatives in our flour – simply the entire whole grain kernel, keeping all the nutrients nature intended.
Highly refined “roller milled” flour has the nutritious bran and germ removed from the grain kernel leaving a white flour. This process then adds back some of the bran along with possible chemical conditioners and enhancers. This refined product is commonly called “whole wheat flour”.

Whole Wheat Flour
Milled from organic red spring wheat. Premium quality flour for all full flavoured baking, especially breads.
