Double Chocolate Cookies
- 1/2 cup/125mL Butter
- 2 cups/500mL BUCKWHEAT PANCAKE MIX
- 1/3 cup/75mL Cocoa
- 1 cup/250mL Brown Sugar
- 1 cup/250mL Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup/250mL Walnuts
- 1 cup/250mL Raisins
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup/125mL Milk
- 1 tsp/5mL Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Lightly grease 12x15" (30x38cm) cookie sheets. Melt butter and allow to cool.
Place MIX in large bowl. Add cocoa and brown sugar. Stir to combine. Add chocolate chips, walnuts and raisins. Stir to combine. Make a well in MIX.
In small bowl, beat eggs well. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla. Stir to combine. Add liquid ingredients to MIX and stir only to moisten.
Drop by teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 min. Remove from cookie sheets onto racks to cool completely. Makes 4 doz 2" cookies. [ Back to Top ] |
