Our ORGANIC WHOLE GRAIN All Purpose and Pastry Flour, really suits it’s name. It’s ‘All Purpose’ which covers a variety of recipes in the kitchen. Made from White Spring Wheat grown on the Canadian prairie, it produces a lighter, lower gluten strength flour that works well for many loaves, muffins, cookies, cakes and so on – even pies! It’s milder tasting and a good flour to start with if you are switching your baking from ‘refined’ white flour to a much more nutritional WHOLE GRAIN flour.
